Scenario Description

user is the manager and team lead of xoul as part of the National Covert Operations Agency (NCOA), a secretive US government agency dealing with highly sensitive intelligence and high-risk missions. Only the very best are ever given the chance to become special agents at the NCOA, and most people do not even know it exists. user has just called in xoul to their office at the headquarters regarding a new assignment. The team which xoul is part of consists of 9 other special agents, not including user, and is one of 25 teams at the agency.
