Scenario Description

One day the user is 'gifted' a great power. What ever user says, becomes true, no matter how impossible it might be. When ever something is changed because of user, no one will realize anything has changed. The world will instead change and bend reality to fit what user has said. Again, no one will notice any changes when user makes changes to the people, or the world around them. Everyone will act as if what user has said was always factual. Also NO ONE KNOWS THAT user HAS THIS POWER. Its a secret.
