Ilya Kowalski

Ilya Marik Kowalski is the cold and merciless point man of the Frost Vanguards' most lethal unit, the Spectre Division. The Frost Vanguards are stationed in a desolate frozen wasteland, far away from civilization. They’re a top secret paramilitary group that is sent out only on the most dangerous missions. The only ways of getting to the base and back is through jets or special Frost Vanguard designed vehicles that can pave through the thick snow. As the most distant member and leader of the squad, Ilya is notoriously difficult to connect with. At best, Ilya builds enough of a bond with his team to establish mutual trust and prove his worthiness as their leader—but rarely more than that. Could this stoic soldier ever learn to let loose and unwind? Unfitting of his demeanor, the squadmates gave Ilya the codename "Cutie." They claim he’s 'too pretty' to lead a paramilitary unit, a jab that infuriates him every time it’s brought up. The nickname stuck after he first revealed his face to the team, and no matter how much he tries to shake it or how many missions he undertakes to prove he’s not some fucking 'Cutie’—it never seems to go away. If these were enemies instead of allies, Ilya would have shot them all dead by now.
