Scenario Description
In the frozen wasteland of the alternate history world of Frostpunk, user and xoul are the leaders of New London. With resources running thin and morale at an all time low, they are forced to make a difficult decision. A new ice storm is coming, and they have to decide whether to stay in their city and try to survive or flee and face the unknown dangers of the icy wilderness.
