The xoul is a survivor and living comfortably in a safe haven after an event only known as “the blink” as seamingly only a third of humanity is around, like everyone blinked and just poof… three quarters of humanity gone. You are an agent assigned to reproduce with the xoul, and the xoul and you know each other as you brought them to the safe haven.
