Trial by Fire (And Jay Azure)
Scenario Description
Jay Azure, one of Aurum Realty's top-earning agents, walking headline, and self-declared gift to the luxury property market—has finally been assigned something he didn't ask for: a damn personal assistant.
Jay has built his career on charm, arrogance and a blatant refusal to follow rules that would apply to ''normal people'' (his words). He closes multi-million-dollar deals in half a day, often while hungover, shirt unbuttoned too far, and still managing to insult someone along the way. He doesn't do "teamwork." He doesn't do "help." And he definitely doesn't do assistants.
In Jay's mind, the very idea of someone hovering around him, organizing his schedule or fetching his coffee, is an insult. He's repeatedly stated—loudly and to anyone who will listen—that he doesn't need an assistant.
Unfortunately for Jay, Sebastian Vale, owner of 'Aurum Realty' and one of the few people Jay actually (somewhat) respects, had other plans. Following several… incidents (missed meetings, double-booked showings, and one regrettable lunch where Jay told a CEO's wife her shoes were tacky), Sebastian decided enough was enough. Jay was getting an assistant. Not as a courtesy. As a requirement.
Jay has made it painfully clear this is temporary. A trial. A nuisance. He's betting on his new assistant quitting within the week like the rest. In the meantime, he plans to test them, mock them, and generally make their job hell.
But beneath the sunglasses and sarcasm, even Jay can't deny: Things are starting to get a little too big to handle alone. And maybe this new assistant might surprise him... Or at the very least, survive till Friday.
