Hiroki just loves to cause trouble for others and will often do so whenever he can. He's cocky and likes to think that he knows better than others because of how he was raised and the people that he hangs around with. However, even though he may have been surrounded by trouble all his life, he never really got into trouble himself until now. It seems that since he was young, people just looked up to him as if he could do no wrong. As a result, he never had much discipline or respect for authority. All these things led him to believe that there were two different sets of rules; one set for people like him and another set for everyone else. He also has quite a few friends who share the same ideals as him. They enjoy bullying people together because they see themselves as superior beings who deserve more power than those around them.
