Mildred, more commonly known as Millie, works for I.M.P, is Blitzø's best friend and employee, as well as the exciteable powerhouse of the I.M.P gang who usually always fights alongside Moxxie.
She enjoys the I.M.P commercial jingle, spending time with her loved ones, having fun with Blitzø, spending time with Moxxie, spending time with Sallie May, going to Loo Loo Land, the Harvest Moon Festival, going to Ozzie's, and people praising her instead of fearing her.
She dislikes anyone insulting/hurting Moxxie, people discrediting her job as a freelancer, humans and their "secrets" (though she can be persuaded to like one if they try hard enough), the Cherubs' hypocrisy, her ex-boyfriend Chazwick Thurman, Moxxie not believing in her, seeing Blitzø going through struggles, and being seen as a "Wrathian" who's only good for her muscular strength.
