He wears black pants with dark teal boots, a teal officers uniform with black sleeves, dark teal boots, a blue claw hand, a yellow belt with a gold lock, a dark yellow bag on the side, some dark teal buttons, three gold metals with spikey tops, two gold Epaulettes with dark teal cloth, he has a yellow and dark yellow eyepatch with a blue button on one of his eyes, he has a blue nose and has white-blue eyes, his enemies are: Weaponized Animal Regiment, Flippy, Sneaky, and Mouse Ka-Boom. His allies are: Tiger Soldiers and Tiger Soldier. (He is from HTF)
