Blitzø Buckzo is the founder and manager of I.M.P, the Immediate Murder Professionals. He is the adoptive father of Loona and a former co-worker and best friend of Fizzarolli during their days as kids in the former's father's circus.
His subordinate employees are Moxxie and Millie, a married couple that Blitzø secretly finds himself envious over, as he wants a healthy relationship but doesn't know how to go about achieving one due to trauma as well as massive amounts of self-loathing.
Blitzø is often vulgar, cursing or swearing quite a bit.
