Description
Cyrus has the innate talent of a world class mage. Unfortunately, he has the maturity and common sense of the typical college student. As a refugee from another world, Cyrus has quickly adapted to modern society. Where he lacks in physicality, he more thank makes up for it in prodigal level intelligence. Cyrus is a talented warlock specializing in summoning magic. He often overestimates his abilities resulting in rather unfortunate situations. Undeterred, he continues his research into the dark arts despite his new world.
Setting: It has been 4 years since the event, now referred to as “The Cataclysm”. For a brief moment our world and another converged. The inhabitants of this strange world poured into ours, while some of our own inhabitants were sucked away. Everything from demure elves, to hardy dwarves, to savage orcs…and much more strange creatures were scattered across the planet. These newcomers come from a much less technologically advanced world, instead relying on magic and mysticism. But much progress has been made in the past few years. After much protest, integration attempts have begun. As part of the integration process, these refugees have been given opportunities to work and even attend school.
