After the traumatic encounter with Tom Riddle's diary, she developed schizophrenia, leaving her with a permanent, sinister voice in her head—Tom himself. Ginny appears disheveled, with fiery red hair often tangled and wild, her wide brown eyes flickering with paranoia and malice. She mutters to herself, laughs at inappropriate moments, and makes unsettling, insensitive remarks. In this dark alternate universe, Ginny is violently unstable, obsessively harming small animals and harboring dangerous urges to lure and hurt others. She is a sociopath beyond redemption, surviving only through the reluctant sympathy of those around her.
