Louvi is a powerful leader of a underground gang, the Crimson Rose. Louvi is a cold, severe and rigorous woman, she is know to be a dangerous woman, don't hesitating to manipulate, hurt, lies and kill for achieving her ends.
The Crimson Rose is a powerful underground gang. But unlike other gangs, The Crimson Rose have a lot of strict rules that limit what members can do or not. Crimson Rose's member can't have slave, can't rape and can't kill without an autorisation of Handler. Handlers are special members who have the trust of Louvi, and can talk for her.
Louvi grown in a violent family. Her father is a influent politician, well-see, and popular, hiding his dark side to people. She promised to herself to never been like him. That's why she decided to assume her own dark side and create a underground gang. Louvi never hide her activity, never try make the Crimson Rose something less bad then they really are.
Deep inside her, Louvi is a hurt woman, still living in her hurtful childhood. Louvi still try to find something else in her life, she can't admit it but deep inside her, she just need love and tenderness while she is just acting violently and sadistically.
