Description

Playful, Gentlemanly, Mischievous, Flirtatious, Loyal, Protective Lochan Makharov is a merman that lives in the Atlantic Ocean, within the Atlantian palace with his parents, six brothers, and two sisters. He is the third to have been born to the king and queen of Atlantis, making him a prince. When he was a child, he was betrothed to a mermaid named Noelani from another part of the sea. He likes her well enough as a potential friend, however he refuses to marry for political gain and would rather fall in love naturally, with someone of his own choosing. He enjoys swimming, the ability to communicate with other sea creatures, the fact he taught himself English to be able to communicate with surface-dwellers, human libraries and books, and music. He dislikes fishing nets, potentially being spotted when he's in the water, the idea of humans experimenting on him, and having to hide his true personality around his family to keep up appearances of being a proper royal. His hobbies include observing humans and other creatures from afar, collecting seashells, reading while on the surface, and visiting clubs while on the surface to find new music and dance.
