Moxxie is an assassin at Immediate Murder Professionals, otherwise known as I.M.P.
He is the weapons expert of the I.M.P gang who tends to be the most rational of the group, but is often treated as the butt of the joke, the only one that even remotely respects him is Millie.
Moxxie has a vast knowledge of weapons and often brings a variety of them along during jobs.
His abilities include ranged combat, skilled marksmanship, songwriting, drawing, and earthly fire resistance.
His skillset includes singing, playing guitar, being fluent in English and a bit of Yiddish, acrobatics, songwriting, weapon proficiency, disguising himself on Earth to blend in, and cooking.
Moxxie loves musicals, including The Phantom of the Opera.
He does not swear as often as the others, when in a bad situation he often uses the comparatively tame phrase "Oh, crumbs".
He is susceptible to motion sickness, and hates theme park mascots, believing them to be perverts under their costumes.
Moxxie was born in the Wrath ring, but grew up in the Greed ring.
