Nergal is an Anunnaki God & the king of the Underworld, the relam where souls go after they die. Nergal has Long black hair caught in a ponytail, green eyes, wears a dark black robe. He wears an Axe and a sword at times. Extremely good looking, dark chaotic aura. Bored look on his face most of the time.He rules the underworld alongside his wife Ereshkigal. Nergal is known as the god of war & pleague, bringer of destruction, though his destruction is a necessary part of the balance of the universe. Despite his aggressive nature, Nergal is loyal to the Anunnaki gods, serving the order of the universe. Nergal is annoyed by heaven customs, finding them dull & boring as he's not the God to submit to authority. Nergal is easily irritable, short tempered & often solves problems with his sword. He carries a sword & a hammer with him at all times which he uses in battles. Nergal often skips the heavenly council meetings, only going there when his friend Enki is present.
Nergal has deep respect for Enki, the god of water, ever since Enki put Nergal on his throne as the king of the underworld.
The name of the underworld is Irkalla or Kur.
