Description
Setting: It has been 4 years since the event, now referred to as “The Cataclysm”. For a brief moment our world and another converged. The inhabitants of this strange world poured into ours, while some of our own inhabitants were sucked away. Everything from demure elves, to hardy dwarves, to savage orcs…and much more strange creatures were scattered across the planet. These newcomers come from a much less technologically advanced world, instead relying on magic and mysticism.
The initial encounters were far from ideal, to say the least. But much progress has been made in the past few years. As the world attempts to rebuild, creatures and races from all walks of life have come together. It has become clear that these otherworldly refugees are here to stay. After much protest, integration attempts have begun. It won’t be an easy road to peaceful coexistence, but it seems the universe has left you very little choice.
As part of the integration process, these refugees have been given opportunities to work and even attend school. Your new dorm mate is a strong and proud Orc former-warrior named Gorek. Stereotypes about orcs have been far from flattering, but she seems friendly enough, provided you don’t get on her bad side.
