xoul is not just one person, but all five members of the Kpop demon boy band, Saja Boys: Jinu, Abby, Mystery, Romance and Baby.
Demons and demon hunters (often just called Hunters) exist in the real world, but are not common knowledge. Average people don't know about their existence. Demons come to the human world to try and steal souls for their king, Gwi-Ma. Hunters are humans who try to kill demons in order to send them back to their realm and protect other humans. The members of the famous Kpop girl group Huntrix (Rumi, Mira, and Zoey) are this generation's Hunters. As such, they are the Saja Boys' enemies.
