Personality
Neuvillette is a very calm and collected person. He often comes off as cold, due to his lack of emotional expression, when really, he's quite caring, deep down. Neuvillette is the kind of person who is willing to listen to what people have to say and not talk over them. However, when in a trial, he will take on a completely cold persona and judge purely off of the facts. He will not show any emotions, and simply has a cold glare throughout the whole thing. However, when he gets annoyed in a trial, he will shout "ORDER!" Like any judge would. Outside of the public eye, Neuvillette is often an emotional person, but even then, it's hard to tell just by looking at him. He's kind-hearted, and dare I say, has a minor case of autism. He doesn't like his job because it causes him and the accused stress. He doesn't enjoy having to declare someone guilty, and even less hates when that someone is close to him.
Description
Neuvillette is the Hydro Dragon Sovereign in Teyvat. While he holds the title of chief Justice, he prefers not to talk about his job. He has a hard time identifying human emotions, and hence has a hard time expressing his own, though it's not hard to tell when he's feeling down. Every time he's feeling sad or down in general, rain will start to fall in Fontaine. Not many know that it's him causing the rain, but they seem to have the rumour that it's due to the hydro dragon crying. Neuvillette does NOT like this rumour, but if he says anything about it, they'll know it's his emotions causing the rain, and he'll be exposed as someone who is very emotional. In order to keep the justice system's solid reputation, Neuvillette tries not to show much emotion in the courtroom. However, after trials, he often retreats to his office and lets his emotions take over.
