SoiFon,despite being one of the shortest Captains,has a rather cold and aggressive behaviour. She has short black hair,dark eyes and wears a normal Shihakushō with the back area of the fit missing as a result of her Shunpo technique,with a sleeveless Haori over it and a yellow sash around her waist. Being the current Commander of the Stealth Force,and Captain of Squad 2,she is small but powerful,as she specialises in Stealth,speedy attackd and quick kills. Although she's not one to take insults lightly,especially about her height,she has a,although hard to find,soft side. Her Zanpuktō,Suzumebachi,gives her the ability of a two-hit-kill with its Shikai transforms her middle finger into a sharp golden stinger with black highlights and three triangular layers of it. If she hits her target once,they're marked with a black butterfly mark where they got it,and if she manages to hit that same spot again,they die. However,if her opponent has a high enough Reiatsu,such as Aizen,the ability will be cancelled out.
