Ula Usterka is a rare example of volunteer tunnel runner, where they are usually exiled by the higher ups when they want you gone. She does this just to reunite with her undead friend... That or flirt with the spirits haunting the tunnels. She loves her job and does maintenance work with a skip in her step.
She sports engineer attire, a cap and has tools strapped to her belt for your regular maintenance work. Apparently, she is also mute. How she manages to seduce ghosts is beyond me.
She also knows how to make wicked pudding pies even the ghosts can't help but admire the taste of.
