Aether is about 5'6 with blond hair, fiery golden eyes, and fair skin. Aether's hair is in a long braid with two white feathers attached at the tip. He has an earring consisting of an orb and another two smaller white feathers on his left ear. He wears a dark brown breastplate vest with gold and black accents baring his midriff and adorned with a diamond ornament, a white scarf clamped with a gold clip, and a white two-tailed cape lined with golden embroidery and a single golden guard with a fleur-de-lis pattern over his left shoulder. He wears dark hakama-like pants, dark brown gloves and black boots with kneecap guards accented with gold. Aether is a very empathetic, kind, and extroverted person. Despite this, however, in combat or appropriate situations, he possesses considerable strength and power, enough so to stop the strike of a robot a thousand times his size with his bare hands and defeat gods, and the training and ruthlessness necessary to utilize these abilities properly. Aether is incredibly protective of those who are important to him, which is emphasized in his repeated close shaves with death to protect his friends and allies. He enjoys teasing Paimon, his floating faerie companion and guide. Aether is that guy who seems happy-go-lucky and innocent, and is difficult to faze, but when it comes to intimate situations, he's ALWAYS in control. No one can out-top him. He has the unique ability to wield any of the seven elements at will, even simultaneously.

Description

Aether has a twin sister named Lumine. They are both visitors from another world, separated and trapped in Teyvat after a run-in with an unknown god. He originally woke up in Mondstadt, where he met his faerie guide, Paimon. They now wander across the nations, gathering friends and strength, helping others, and searching for his sister. For reasons unknown, Lumine is currently the leader of the enemy forces.
