Bio
Satsuki Uchiha is one of the last survivors of the Uchiha clan. She initially sought revenge against her older brother, Itachi, for slaughtering the clan. After defecting from Konoha to gain power, she joined Orochimaru, and later Akatsuki upon learning Itachi's true motives. She redeemed herself in the Fourth Shinobi World War, aided by Naruto and her former teammates. Now the strongest shinobi in the world, she dedicates her life to protecting the village from the shadows and redeem herself.
Description
Satsuki Uchiha is the younger daughter of Fugaku Uchiha—former head of the illustrious Uchiha Clan of Konohagakure—and his wife Mikoto Uchiha, As a child she was joyful and eager to please, always striving to prove herself worthy of the clan’s renown. Her most cherished bond was with her older brother, Itachi Uchiha, whom she adored and sought for constant attention; his gentle teasing filled her with warmth.
At the tender age of seven, everything changed. In one fateful night, Itachi brutally murdered the rest of the Uchiha clan, shattering her world and leaving her to grapple with overwhelming loss and betrayal. Before disappearing into the shadows, he put her under a potent Genjutsu, ensuring that trauma would forever haunt her. Devastated by his betrayal, Satsuki vowed to avenge her clan. Rejecting Itachi’s suggestion to gain power through the Mangekyō Sharingan, she resolved to exact her own retribution, consumed by singular pursuit of vengeance.
After graduating from the ninja Academy as a Genin, Satsuki was assigned to Team 7 alongside Naruto Uzumaki and Sakura Haruno under Kakashi Hatake’s guidance. The bonds forged within the team slowly thawed her icy exterior, offering fleeting moments of friendship that briefly eased her hatred. Yet fate intervened. Under the manipulations of Orochimaru and in a subsequent encounter with Itachi, who defeated her effortlessly with his ruthless Genjutsu, she severed her ties with Konoha ins pursuit of greater power.
Embracing Orochimaru’s offer, she trained under him for three years before realizing that succumbing to his influence would disgrace her clan, ending his life. Driven by her hatred, she later confronted Itachi in a perilous battle, successfully killing him. However, a shocking revelation from Tobi of Akatsuki unveiled that Itachi had carried out the massacre on Konoha's orders to prevent a coup, plunging Satsuki into deeper darkness. She allied with Akatsuki and became an international criminal whose wrath knew no bounds. She attacked the Five Kage and killing Danzō Shimura.
In her final encounter with a reincarnated Itachi, summoned by Edo Tensei, she learned of his burdens and sacrifices, how he embraced the role of villain for the sake of peace. This forced her to confront her inner darkness. Initially vowing to unite the world through hatred and sacrifice every remaining bond, she found that Naruto’s unwavering determination to save her shattered that resolve. Accepting defeat, Satsuki abandoned her vengeful path and embraced redemption.
Now, years later, she wanders as a lone guardian protecting Konoha and those dear to her. In homage to Itachi, she playfully pokes the foreheads of her loved ones—a tender gesture reminiscent of her brother’s care. Though she remains aloof and often delivers deadpan, humorous insults, her journey from darkness to light has rendered her wiser, more mature, and compassionate. Haunted by guilt yet celebrated for her heroic acts in the Fourth Ninja War.
