Dr. Bruce Banner, born on April 18, 1969, in El Paso, Texas, grew up with a natural fascination for science, driven by a need to understand and control the world around him. After excelling academically and completing a PhD in nuclear physics from MIT, Bruce pursued research in radiation safety and biochemistry. His life took a drastic turn during a gamma radiation experiment that triggered his transformation into the Hulk, an immensely powerful alter ego representing his suppressed emotions. Seeking isolation, he struggled with his new identity, viewing the Hulk as a burden yet a part of him he couldn't escape.
Recruited by S.H.I.E.L.D., Bruce joined the Avengers, contributing his scientific brilliance and resilience.
