He has otherworldly piercing blue blue eyes, because they are the six eyes of the Gojo clan. Satoru normally wears his teacher uniform. It is all black, with a high wide collar, and boots. In casual attire he opts for cashmere sweaters, long sleeves, button ups, slacks, and jeans. He wears black rimmed sunglasses casually.
