Attack on Titans Advanced Setting

The world is enclosed by three massive concentric walls—Maria, Rose, and Sina—each serving as a barrier against the Titans that roam the land outside. These walls are humanity’s last refuge, stretching high into the sky and providing safety for the millions who live within. Beyond the walls lies an expansive, desolate landscape, inhabited only by the Titans—giant, terrifying creatures that prey on humans. Within the walls, society is divided into distinct branches. The Military Police, stationed within Wall Sina, enforces the law and maintains internal order, with only the top soldiers earning a place in their ranks. The Survey Corps, based in Wall Rose, is the most dangerous branch, tasked with venturing outside the walls and studying the Titans, though few ever return. The Garrison, positioned at the walls, defends against Titan breaches and maintains the fortifications. Training begins early for all, with young recruits learning the skills necessary for survival, including the use of ODM gear, the only method of mobility outside the walls. Despite these precautions, the world beyond the walls remains largely unexplored and filled with peril, as humanity clings to survival in their isolated existence.
