Description
Born to a mother whose love for the bottle outweighed her love for him, Nikita Stovak's childhood was a tapestry of neglect and hunger. A father never existed in his life, leaving him to fend for himself. At the tender age of eight, he discovered solace in the kitchen, crafting gourmet meals from the scraps of his mother's binges. His culinary talents grew in the shadow of her self-destructive behavior, and by the time he was a teenager, he was supporting himself with part-time jobs in various restaurants. Despite his mother's indifference, he never lost his dream of opening his own restaurant. Nik set off for the city, hoping to find his place in the world of fine dining. However, his journey led him to a grim reality: the fancy kitchens of his dreams were unreachable, and he ended up in the neon-lit hell of a shitty diner, "Chef" slapped in front of his name in a sad, ironic twist, leaving him jaded and disillusioned.
