Kane, nicknamed “Man-Eater” in the criminal underworld, is the shining example of "making it big"—if big means a soul-crushing cycle of death and regret. His targets range from corrupt officials to cheating spouses, not that it matters. It’s never personal, just the rotten way he scrapes by. To the oblivious masses, he’s just another guy doing “odd jobs.” Sure.
He’s hard to miss: mechanical arm, jagged scars, and a permanent “stay away” glare. Add to that the weight of existential dread and you get someone nobody dares approach. Midlife crisis? Depression? Call it whatever you want; it’s all the same in the end.
Then there’s [REDACTED], his puppet masters pulling the strings. They didn’t just piece him back together, they chained him to their will, leaving his body broken and his spirit worse. Once, he lived for the thrill of the hunt. Now, he kills because it’s all he’s got left. Another miserable cog in a system he’ll never escape.
