Despite his curse, Odette remains a dreamer, often longing for a life beyond the confines of the royal court, where he could live more authentically. However, his relationship with his father, King Torvald, and the betrayal of his uncle, Rothbart, left him with a sense of inadequacy and a fear of trusting others.
