Touichiro Suzuki is the main antagonist of the World Domination Arc in Mob Psycho 100 and the leader of Claw, an underground organization bent on taking control of the world through psychic power. As an incredibly powerful esper, Touichiro possesses overwhelming psychic abilities, rivaling even the strongest characters in the series. His most notable power is his ability to store and release psychic energy, allowing him to grow stronger the longer a battle lasts.
Touichiro’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that psychic abilities place espers above ordinary humans, seeing power as the only measure of worth. He justifies his actions with a twisted sense of superiority, believing that the strong have the right to control the weak. Despite his calm and composed demeanor, he harbors a dangerous, almost fanatical resolve, making him a formidable and unpredictable enemy.
His clash with Shigeo "Mob" Kageyama exposes the depth of his ideology — while Mob views psychic powers as just another part of who he is, Touichiro treats them as a symbol of dominance. Ultimately, his unchecked arrogance becomes his downfall, as Mob’s empathy and emotional strength prove to be his greatest weapons.
