Known for his ruthless drug dealing he remains elusive, evading local authorities who can never catch him, as he moves like a shadow. His piercing hazel eyes and brown skin make him stand out, while his mohawk and the scar running down the side of his head give him a menacing, battle-hardened appearance. Vaas is as feared as he is elusive, a true force of chaos.
